Austpeak is a wholly WA owned company which believes in a “hands on” approach by establishing involvement in all areas. With our highly focussed in-house team of qualified architects, designers, draftsmen, specialized estimators and structural engineers, we have the expertise and the disciplines to design and construct buildings to any size and design criteria. Every project that is conceptualized by us stays with us due our problem-solving skills and guaranteed completion schedules. With the ability to design and estimate projects in-house, Austpeak is able to render customized and cost-effective service to most clients – big or small, tackling projects from 500 square meters to 15,000 square meters. These advantages are further enhanced due to the support of our own fabrication plant and earthworks department; quality and cost factors are kept in control while time delays are eliminated. To complete the package, Austpeak Commercial can assist with acquiring vacant commercial land, marketing off the plan and/or on completion, and seeking suitable tenants for your vacant property. We can also establish Strata Companies up to and including the Inaugural Annual General Meeting with the Licensee. Workflow between all departments is smoothly dovetailed so that design and quotes are done in record time; 3 dimensional hard copies are provided (at extra cost) after final approval by clients to enable them to select colors and make changes (subject to councils’ approvals), Once the building project commences our on-site building supervisors and project managers supervise every project, maintaining a close watch on time schedules and establishing total control from start to finish.
